Financial Sales Expert (FSE), Assistant Sales Manager in Kurnool, Assam
1. Responsible for customer acquisition (i.e. individual financial sales) by meeting clients to propose and sell financial offerings of the company (i.e. an IMF endorsing multiple financial solutions/ offerings for any retail or business customer) and win the customer!
2. Act as a through ‘financial consultant’ to setup meeting with the customer/ client to meet on time and get the customer enrolled for the identified financial solution.
3. Have the ability to understand the complete requirement of the customer and accordingly club and offer the ‘bouquet of financial solutions’ such that the customer is benefited.
4. To be able create & build customers for the company through innovative channels and to be able to mine the existing customer accounts for more business related to financial aspects, working in tandem with the customer care/ tele-marketing team and by exploring own contacts as well.
5. Keeping a complete tab and hold on the customer (by way of meeting customers or tying up with them using IT connectivity methods, using: Facetime/ Skype/ Facebook, etc.) to present higher standards of connectivity and customer support.
Note: We are not an insurance agency. We are an IMF, the latest channel introduced by IRDA.
• Should be a graduate from any field, preferably: Finance, Sales & Marketing.
• Should have 6 months to 3 years of hard-core sales experience in any filed including: insurance, banking, mutual funds, real estate or any other investment field.
• Should be good in Hindi and English communication
• Should be able to operate basics in MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint.
• Should be tech & internet savvy and smart-phone savvy using financial tools.
• Should be willing to get trained & certified on company expenses on various trainings/ certifications/ courses/ tools as needed.
• Should be willing to travel within Delhi/ NCR or nationally/ internationally.
• Should be willing to upgrade fast from current sales level to an overall polished ‘Financial Consultant’ level to sustain in the financial industry & career for longer!
